BOBBY:second. A completely be happy about the fact that I did win my
BOBBY:way to at least one. first round draft pick.
Tommy D.:Big we preach here. We're a podcast, rebuilding

Tommy D.:between strategies for everything. That's what makes a

BOBBY:how are you doing, sir?
Tommy D.:What? I got one regrout finals. By dassie teams
Tommy D.:camp a little bit short.
Tommy D.:I lost to an owner with a little bit better than me this year.
Tommy D.:And that's crazy.
Tommy D.:I'm not disappointed. I make the playoffs. Yeah, they totally
Tommy D.:guy. talk trash to me. One League, one of the division
Tommy D.:every year. I get tired. You can't win every year. Right?
Tommy D.:away enough.
Tommy D.:My future looks promising. Right? It's a lot we're going to
Tommy D.:talk about today and some of these rookies that we talked
Tommy D.:about all season. You know, now you get to see some of that
Tommy D.:solid ation. Right there in December our favorite time you
Tommy D.:get to see payoffs and, you know, potential and flashes and
Tommy D.:stuff like that. So, you know, if you're out, or you're in the
Tommy D.:championship game either way, you're looking at that dynasty,
Tommy D.:like you're always you're always should be looking a little bit
Tommy D.:ahead. And that's the fun. That's what keeps people alive.
Tommy D.:Like you said, you could be out of it a month ago, and I had
Tommy D.:owners who were and they were already talking to you about
Tommy D.:next year. Great. That's what dynasty gives you the hope?
Tommy D.:Well, I'd like redraft or if you're out of it in November,
Tommy D.:you probably don't talk to me at work for another nine months.
Tommy D.:So you know, that's what we love dynasty because 365 all year,
Tommy D.:you're always putting in some sort of work having some fun
Tommy D.:talking some football.
Tommy D.:Speaking of football, like speaking of football, we all
Tommy D.:lost a legend in the football world. Probably want to tell us
Tommy D.:who that was. It's tragic. It really is. I mean,
BOBBY:anybody who's listening to this podcast, loves the game.
BOBBY:And John Madden is bull.
BOBBY:He is born perfect intellect. And he's every catchphrase you
BOBBY:could have imagined in the 80s. He's your video game icon. He
BOBBY:loved Madden just loved him. He just he just loved it. And that
BOBBY:is you know what, I'll sum it up for you. Because I know it's
BOBBY:hard for all of us. Like, sent it to be earlier.
Tommy D.:John Madden is legendary, right? Not only that,
Tommy D.:but if you look at his career, what he's done like that'll
Tommy D.:never be repeated. The guy is a Hall of Fame legendary coach.
Tommy D.:Right Hall of Fame broadcaster, right? And Hall of Fame. Video
Tommy D.:game, right? Not going to be great. He comes in every
Tommy D.:generation. And you're right. A lot of people only know him from
Tommy D.:the video game and, you know, maybe from broadcasting back in
Tommy D.:the day, but his name will live on that for those reasons. If
Tommy D.:you don't maybe you're like, oh, he actually coach. Like maybe
Tommy D.:you're only a video game guy. Fine. You know, whatever. But
Tommy D.:like, Madden is who he is he changed he changed the game. You
Tommy D.:know, he was the original one. You know, people talk about the
Tommy D.:Mannings, who's the Monday night and they break down the plays.
Tommy D.:Madden brought that to the booth like that was he was the
Tommy D.:original go into guy and open up the world of football to regular
Tommy D.:Joe's like us. We didn't understand anything. You know,
Tommy D.:that guy helped. I know. He helped me and he help you teach
Tommy D.:us football stuff that we didn't know on a weekly basis. While he
Tommy D.:said cool, get ready like boom. Right? And then for a chicken
Tommy D.:leg actually it was great.
BOBBY:It was
Tommy D.:like it was dirty like Thanksgiving is legendary. So
BOBBY:Turner turn docking. Docking. So which was Turkey. It
BOBBY:was a they were all spatchcocked. So and for those
BOBBY:listening, a spatchcocked bird is basically practically D boned
BOBBY:and butterflied or cut in half and then flattened out. So you
BOBBY:would take a spatchcock Turkey
BOBBY:laid out, throw some stuffing in it, then
BOBBY:You would take the chicken,
BOBBY:spatchcock that lay that out, put another layer of stuffing,
BOBBY:and then a duck. And then yeah, you just wrapped that sumbitch
BOBBY:back up. Deep fried it. And you have what we grew up watching
BOBBY:Fox Broadcasting
BOBBY:on on Thanksgiving Day, everybody ripping into a leg
BOBBY:after Dokin it was it was glorious. It was the all Madden
BOBBY:teams, it was a badge of honor. Who ever got put onto an all
BOBBY:manner team met, you laid your body out on the line, you played
BOBBY:with grit, tenacity.
BOBBY:And you carried yourself with honor. And quite frankly, that's
BOBBY:one of the reasons one of the many reasons why
Tommy D.:you had to love a guy like that, because that's how he
Tommy D.:carried himself as well. So that's right. And Bobby gives us
Tommy D.:two great things in one little statement, right, where he
Tommy D.:breaks down perfectly right. His thoughts on Madden and he also
Tommy D.:gives you recipes next Thanksgiving, right, so we thank
Tommy D.:you, Bobby for that one. So yeah, the whole idea of bow and
Tommy D.:in the football world definitely goes out to to Madden, and you
Tommy D.:know, we're gonna look forward because that's what John we want
Tommy D.:to do. Right? It absolutely would. And looking forward I I
Tommy D.:had to look at some film. And as I was looking at some film, I
Tommy D.:actually watched the all Madden
BOBBY:documentary on peacock put on by Fox Sports strongly
BOBBY:recommend anybody to watch it, it was an hour that you'll
BOBBY:greatly enjoy. But meanwhile you know,
BOBBY:I think we've now had a full body a full year of work and to
BOBBY:have we're going into the new year but I think one of the main
BOBBY:key phrases that we had might not have been boom, but it
BOBBY:certainly was solid nation. So I could say without a shadow of
BOBBY:doubt that I've had my fair share of solid nations this
BOBBY:year. What about yourself? Well,
Tommy D.:exactly and I've actually had probably more than
Tommy D.:that expected this year and again that's one of the you know
Tommy D.:other bonuses about dynasty even if you're out like you're always
Tommy D.:looking for that hope you're like oh I hit on this draft pick
Tommy D.:Alright I got that for next year's future like you know and
Tommy D.:this is this is what I'm looking at this time of year I'm looking
Tommy D.:at guys who you know maybe people slept on you know maybe
Tommy D.:they didn't produce but again in our eyes like validation even a
Tommy D.:guy like you know flash right for me solid ation is the guy
Tommy D.:like Nico Collins right who is flashed as he as he is he played
Tommy D.:well we you can play him no no you know he's still around you
Tommy D.:know four targets a game but he flashed like you can see they
Tommy D.:throw it on like you can see him building it off and it's like,
Tommy D.:okay, like again that's what you want to see from someone like
Tommy D.:that like a glimmer of hope like you cannot be on the a plus side
Tommy D.:of you know, a favorite guy The Mummy Returns Mr. St. Brown you
Tommy D.:know who well excuse you know exceeded our expectations but
Tommy D.:you know, again those that was a guy that you know we liked
Tommy D.:because the team didn't have anyone and we liked him predraft
Tommy D.:like little paws draft you know a great value you know, he had
Tommy D.:around a third round round the top of the third round bottom
Tommy D.:the second round value, you know, and that's where you can
Tommy D.:find you know, gems in dynasty drafts people always ask me a
Tommy D.:rookie draft where do you find it I go said second tier
Tommy D.:receivers like maybe you don't get like that first, you know,
Tommy D.:group of five six guys going for a second round. But a guy like
Tommy D.:Saint brown you can't get like those are the second tier guys
Tommy D.:you can hit on right and that's where you can see on you know
Tommy D.:solid ation of a lot of these, you know, solid players moving
Tommy D.:on talking about PIs. You know, we all knew he's gonna be a
Tommy D.:solid player, you know, stuff like that. But like, those later
Tommy D.:are ones let's say you want to see me another great guy that
Tommy D.:you know, we love to see and you know, he played better than I
Tommy D.:thought. At this time. I didn't think he played this well till
Tommy D.:next season. And that's Davis mills. Right? Mills was like
Tommy D.:really solid shaky early in the season. I think they let the
Tommy D.:reins off and think Go ahead. Right and he and he's done a
Tommy D.:really really good job. And I sent you with the other day but
Tommy D.:I had a good cop from if you're looking people loving what he
Tommy D.:was doing any Miami's playing well, they're on the street to
Tommy D.:you know, they've beaten people on a weekly basis. It's great.
Tommy D.:But Mills has the same numbers that to us. Right slightly
Tommy D.:better if I asked anyone in dynasty who they want to Mills,
Tommy D.:most people would tell you to all day long. Right. Right,
Tommy D.:right pedigree exactly in there. that's you know that's the thing
Tommy D.:that I see that you know you know that I found that has
Tommy D.:helped me is those non pedigree guys like there's a value do I
Tommy D.:join for us mills that he's gonna be there next year? I
Tommy D.:believe he is I believe they think he's a quarterback in the
Tommy D.:future but obviously that's wait and see I really can't see them
Tommy D.:grabbing another quarterback so again you know that's that's the
Tommy D.:guy like you know solid ation where guys were going before him
Tommy D.:in draft right guys like Kellen mon went before him in a drought
Tommy D.:useless like, you know, Trask is a long term project who I liked,
Tommy D.:but again, you're not gonna see that for a couple years. And
Tommy D.:that's why you know, I like Mills because I thought you
Tommy D.:could see the potential a little bit more this year and, and
Tommy D.:panned out it's look nice, you know, and we've seen that in you
Tommy D.:know, linebackers, right? Your your guy that J Okay, when he's
Tommy D.:been healthy. He's looked like a wrecking ball out there.
BOBBY:You know, jlk Browning
Tommy D.:read? No,
BOBBY:there are there are guys that were significantly deeper
BOBBY:into the draft that you know, Ernest Jones. Ernest Ernest
BOBBY:Jones Barnes is just starting to come into his own. Pete Warner
BOBBY:is just starting to make a little bit of splash at a great
BOBBY:gamble against people.
Tommy D.:Nick bolt Nick Bolden. We look solid right there.
BOBBY:On the on the higher side we you know, jlk was another one
BOBBY:that we thought was going to probably get better but there
BOBBY:were definitely some guys later on, you know, those fifth and
BOBBY:sixth round guys. Those were those were the fun pickups and
BOBBY:to see those guys actually panning out. That's that's where
BOBBY:my solid ation actually actually is really starting to shine. You
BOBBY:know, I did say and you've said on numerous occasions, December,
BOBBY:it's the month of December. It's my favorite time of year. Zach
BOBBY:Wilson, believe it or not, is actually just starting to
BOBBY:deliver on still a very shitty New York Jets team. Some points
BOBBY:in some consistency. I'm not saying he's going to be you
BOBBY:know, fucking my
Tommy D.:bio, but he was he was he was a better value for me
Tommy D.:because he was falling later on. I think Mack Jones is exactly
Tommy D.:who you know, we said he was gonna be like Mack Jones. We
Tommy D.:love the Patriots. It's great to see but you see the mack Jones
Tommy D.:who cannot throw you back in the game right and not to Mack Jones
Tommy D.:is and that's fine. Right Wilson is the opposite he's the guy
Tommy D.:who's gonna sling it and throw it all over the place they get
Tommy D.:him someone by help and stability. You know, you know
Tommy D.:maybe that's the flash you know, the wildcard all those
Tommy D.:quarterbacks is I'm not worried about Lawrence that team's
Tommy D.:dumpster fire god that coach coaches like a cancer it's
Tommy D.:ridiculous you know Lance Lance is the guy like you'll find out
Tommy D.:this weekend like you know he played one game you know he's
Tommy D.:the guy when more question marks again and I didn't love him for
Tommy D.:those reasons about and I didn't see enough this year you know so
Tommy D.:that's that's why the guys again but these values right these
Tommy D.:buys again a guy like Lawrence I'll bring up again because he's
Tommy D.:a guy that I definitely would try to go buy right now. Well if
Tommy D.:I could if I could pay a first and I don't have a bottom for us
Tommy D.:I need a quarterback maybe that guy is pissed that right and
Tommy D.:that there's there's like those of you who look at right now
Tommy D.:I'll stay on that team and I'll buy from you should not buy
Tommy D.:because I believe that team has to get better it can't be this
Tommy D.:bad or they can't be as bad so I'm looking around the league
Tommy D.:for guys like that on a bad dumpster fire teams
BOBBY:to lose to Lose a Guy electional to lose a guy like
BOBBY:shark to have fucking Urban Meyer be the absolute disaster
BOBBY:who's kicking players in their ass and you know, the furthest
BOBBY:thing from from a coach he was more of a well, you've you've
BOBBY:ripped into Urban Meyer enough but I think Jacksonville does
BOBBY:have some of the raw materials and just needs the right coach
BOBBY:to come back in and and and coach them up. You know, I think
Tommy D.:he wasn't it's funny is they were a mirror image of
Tommy D.:another team. We're really shitty coach right? Alright
Tommy D.:Chicago. No, no, no, that's the Giants Oh, well that's the
Tommy D.:Giants right? And if you just think about this, like I know
Tommy D.:that Tony injuries but if you look at a guy like Kenny
Tommy D.:golladay, right, a guy like Ingram like a guy like Sterling,
Tommy D.:right? Those guys were all fantasy starters first, and then
Tommy D.:this year they become imperfectly right. I whole team
Tommy D.:became a complete fucking dump. Mr. Buyer what I'm in on buying
Tommy D.:those guys honestly and I've had people laugh at me I get it but
Tommy D.:in my mind they can't be worse next year can they fuck you
Tommy D.:gotta have some sort of hope and again this is where you can
Tommy D.:extrapolate some sort of value because I mean I know that the
Tommy D.:wide receivers this sign like those guys aside like you know
Tommy D.:Shepherd you know he's got like two more years is to validate
Tommy D.:there for like three more years and they're not going anywhere
Tommy D.:and I'm just gonna bench them so you know
BOBBY:we're doing pretty well himself
Tommy D.:yeah I mean Oh yeah, that's right i forgot i Yeah, I
Tommy D.:like Tony too. And that's going to be a three batch three man
Tommy D.:was evil caucus Leightons gone next year. And I like that we
Tommy D.:look at that look at that giants team. Right if you tell me you
Tommy D.:got a guy like Ingram and Titan healthy those three wide
Tommy D.:receivers with Shepard, Tony golladay Barkley guys, Daniel
Tommy D.:Jones can just stay healthy and give you decent year. That's a
Tommy D.:playoff team. Wow. So I mean, those are situations that I'm
Tommy D.:looking at this time of year for reverse validation we love solid
Tommy D.:ation and seeing like, you know the guys produce well this time
Tommy D.:here, but those guys become more expensive. Like you can't buy st
Tommy D.:brown right now and the price isn't worth it. But I can
Tommy D.:probably I can go buy like a Michael Thomas real cheap right
Tommy D.:now a gallon is dirt cheap. You know, a guy like Chanel, you can
Tommy D.:get cheap, with huge upside payoff that eliminate that risk
Tommy D.:reward. You know, when I talk about buying guys instead of
Tommy D.:value. I mean, you talked about it and you know, I could have
Tommy D.:went and bought guys at a higher price. Right? So I'd rather take
Tommy D.:a lower risk on a higher upside. Because then the burns not that
Tommy D.:bad. Right. And these are these are things you can look for, you
Tommy D.:know, especially some of those rookies who you know, didn't
Tommy D.:produce you know, that we talked about we liked it I said the
Tommy D.:other day like Jalen, Jalen camp, you know played for the
Tommy D.:Texans the other day right 22 snaps didn't catch a ball to me
Tommy D.:that's great because they brought him in right they
Tommy D.:activated them so they got to trust them a little bit and
Tommy D.:another deeper dark throw that we talked about the you know
Tommy D.:that I liked was was Quan Baker st brought him up you know,
Tommy D.:didn't take a snap, he's on the active roster and I look at that
Tommy D.:saints team. All those wide receivers are almost all gone.
Tommy D.:Except Michael Thomas. I'm like again Alright, well, you know,
Tommy D.:receivers might take a couple of years they're raw I'm sitting on
Tommy D.:a guy like Baker I'm sitting on some of these guys you know,
Tommy D.:because I'm looking at guys who might be leaving off that team
Tommy D.:right? So you can see glimpse in hopes and then you can still
Tommy D.:give yourself hope even if the guy didn't produce this year
Tommy D.:there's always hope next year because you can see like guys
Tommy D.:leaving around him like a the Chargers another perfect example
Tommy D.:right. Palmer Palmer is a good buy to me because Gaiden is a
Tommy D.:free agent and so is Williams right so that's an opening spot
Tommy D.:right he's a good buy for me you boy the tight end there It's
Tommy D.:gravy kitty right all day tight ends a free agents cook gone are
Tommy D.:all gone that's a guy buying right did he produce anything
Tommy D.:now he's showing no but I'm buying that one situation
Tommy D.:doesn't they drafted them they're not going to redraft the
Tommy D.:tight end I mean they might I highly doubt they want to do
Tommy D.:that. So those situations that you can still solid it yourself
Tommy D.:well with the solid ation because of the situation like
Tommy D.:next year have produced because now they're going to clear out
Tommy D.:the spot for right that's you can find a lot of value in the
Tommy D.:summer. December's great got a year full of stats. You got
Tommy D.:people who disgruntled over players because they have no
Tommy D.:patience. It's a it's a buyers market go out there and bye bye
Tommy D.:bye. buy buy buy buy graphics next year.
BOBBY:Well you I can't tell if you were about to start singing
BOBBY:instinct or Bye Bye Birdie. But either way I was ready for both.
BOBBY:So yeah, we're
Tommy D.:never gonna be in sync so Bye Bye Birdie better oh
BOBBY:you know the not only are Is this a great time to buy for
BOBBY:you know players that you'll that have potential next year on
BOBBY:rosters already but you know this is a great time to kick the
BOBBY:tires on your watch list as well. You know, look, start
BOBBY:looking at those storylines got a linebacker that was very deep
BOBBY:on many rosters right now. Caleb Johnson out of Chicago. Rookie,
BOBBY:he showed me enough to warrant my watch list. The other story
BOBBY:that intrigued me a little bit more is that there are some
BOBBY:spaces that are going to be opening up in that. That
BOBBY:linebacking core as well. He's already gotten some snaps he's
BOBBY:already produced some points. It's not for me to just fly
BOBBY:still have TAC squad room, pick him up stash mom attack squad.
BOBBY:Morning races another one. Before he got injured. He was
BOBBY:doing, you know, he was hitting people. And that's all I wanted
BOBBY:to see.
Tommy D.:Yeah, yeah, he's a pick up not a buy from me that
Tommy D.:linebacking core for them. It was like a dumpster fire was
Tommy D.:like everyone and Cunningham comes in. But like, yeah, like,
Tommy D.:I like the rice upside we always have. So hopefully they clear
Tommy D.:out some of that dead weight. And, you know, give them a
Tommy D.:better chances. Yeah, I got a deep linebacker for you, since
Tommy D.:you're gonna go there. This is a guy been tracking like his third
Tommy D.:year in the league, and it hasn't produced but I like the
Tommy D.:situation where he is right. And that's the guy as Cody Barton or
Tommy D.:Seattle guy prep for a couple years, right? And the only
Tommy D.:reason is he sitting behind a linebacker who just will not
Tommy D.:will not retire Miss games, because he's a tackle machine
Tommy D.:right there. But eventually, eventually, I think Barton will
Tommy D.:be his replacement. So for me, I'm picking them up just in case
Tommy D.:he decides to retire at the other seat. Alright, sorry. And
Tommy D.:that's another situation. You're gonna look for a guy behind
Tommy D.:someone who's older. Like, yeah, maybe he says he's gonna keep
Tommy D.:playing, but you never know. Where it comes around. He just
Tommy D.:like and you know what? I'm done, Devin. Oh, okay. I got the
Tommy D.:backup plug right in, boom. And you can see that in spots.
Tommy D.:Seattle, you want those two, the one of those two linebackers all
Tommy D.:day long. There tackle machines,
BOBBY:Seattle's gonna be a fun team to watch us collective.
BOBBY:Just honestly, because I haven't filmed there's gonna be a lot of
BOBBY:shake up in that that locker room this year. What? What Pete
BOBBY:Carroll and Russell Wilson really wanted to put out on the
BOBBY:field this year, versus what showed up there. Night and day.
BOBBY:You know, I think the best part about December is that it gets
BOBBY:to revisit everything that happened over the year. It's an
BOBBY:odd year, but I think, you know, the scope start to become the
BOBBY:normality of of the league. And that's COVID happened. Of the
BOBBY:amount of IR moves that were that you need to pay attention
BOBBY:to that you the major lesson takeaway I got this year was
BOBBY:depth, and making sure that I had enough guys to slide in, in
BOBBY:the 11th hour, because you never knew was gonna die.
Tommy D.:The double depths, right double death. Febe double
Tommy D.:Yeah, exactly. You know, but the funny part about Seattle is
Tommy D.:pretty much all their offense returns except for like, Rashad
Tommy D.:Penny. They're all coming back. Right? Right. So that's one from
Tommy D.:this year. I'll give you one from next year that Lilly is a
Tommy D.:complete dumpster fire. And that's that fucking Green Bay
Tommy D.:team. Guy. Every receiver has gone Rogers and like, holy shit.
Tommy D.:That's a team of like, yeah, I want I want to, like I want to
Tommy D.:like if I'm not in the finals right now, I'm honestly moving
Tommy D.:atoms. Like that concerns me. I mean it I'll give you another
Tommy D.:guy who kind of concerns me and we've talked about them and
Tommy D.:that's the to Pittsburgh receivers for the same reason.
Tommy D.:Like I don't know who's playing quarterback next year. I don't
Tommy D.:trust that Claypool is always already erratic. You know,
Tommy D.:Washington gets a volume of targets, but he doesn't produce
Tommy D.:big games, but he's very steady, steady, rock solid player. And
BOBBY:you have to get between the two. You keep Washington you
BOBBY:get rid of clay pool, but you still have to do who
Tommy D.:could be mean to me, John, you mean? Me Johnson
Tommy D.:there.
BOBBY:Yeah, Deontay Johnson. You know what I meant?
Tommy D.:Washington, the free agent. He isn't a team. But
Tommy D.:Washington's gone to he's a free. I liked him too. He's a
Tommy D.:nice painter, nice guy, if he's available, picks them up by
Tommy D.:watching good talent to go somewhere
BOBBY:else. Claypool showed to me. And it was a couple of weeks
BOBBY:ago in the fourth quarter. They were driving. They got first
BOBBY:down and they had no timeouts left. Instead of placing the
BOBBY:ball getting reset, he celebrating and takes critical
BOBBY:moments off the clock. And in turn, they ended up losing the
BOBBY:game. And that was the moment in which I said I'm probably done
BOBBY:with this guy, unless something significant changes in that
BOBBY:locker room from a personnel standpoint, and maybe he sharp
BOBBY:sharpens up You know, football IQ is big to me. And that was a
BOBBY:moment in which you showed me that get gifts simply don't have
BOBBY:it. Get your head wasn't in the game. You were more happy about
BOBBY:your moment in time than you were about the game.
Tommy D.:So and you're right, so that's one of those x factors
Tommy D.:that you know, we talk about all the time and I've used for a
Tommy D.:long time and good I buy and the difference is in in when Bobby
Tommy D.:had this revelation that happened. He asked me why I
Tommy D.:didn't like him when he came out. Right? And I told him the
Tommy D.:story. I saw I had one red flag with Claypool, going into the
Tommy D.:draft process teams asked him hey, would you play tight to
Tommy D.:normal wide receiver? Would you play tight? No, I'm a wide
Tommy D.:receiver. I'm not playing any of that position. That's not a
Tommy D.:football player to me. It's not a team player to me.
Tommy D.:quarterbacks have done they're a different animal. Listen, if the
Tommy D.:team asks you to play you're playing right guy when a guy
Tommy D.:like that hard nosed for me that's a red flag to me. To me
Tommy D.:that's not a team player automatically to me. And I saw

BOBBY:two more years but
Tommy D.:but Dallas that cap hit is that cap it's pretty big.

Tommy D.:guys but yeah, I mean those situations you can track like
Tommy D.:teams like that like eat a wide open spots and you can pick up
Tommy D.:some of these guys who are gonna be you know, free agencies or,
Tommy D.:you know, this is a good time to recognize like what's going on
Tommy D.:next year right recognize what's going to happen in Pittsburgh
Tommy D.:right now you HARRIS I don't think he you know, it really
Tommy D.:affects him. A guy we like their frame miles, right. brain tissue

BOBBY:Minnesota just blew up Raffensperger lumps only a
BOBBY:couple weeks ago.
Tommy D.:Well, I can't move either. It's not like the old

Tommy D.:So at this point, his career like he knows it. Like he can't
Tommy D.:go anywhere. I mean, could be done every snap, and D. So I
Tommy D.:mean, I think the guy got really tough with quarterbacks I've

BOBBY:I won't, I am the furthest thing from disputing
BOBBY:that point. If anything, what I am more so concerned with, is
BOBBY:the fact that you have a guy like Rothenburg, who can stand
BOBBY:in that pocket until the very last moment. A tough he's
BOBBY:getting a pocket to stand in. So

BOBBY:I my my big concern is one of the things that I'm going
BOBBY:to be watching this year in the draft is who's picking up the
BOBBY:big guys games won and lost in the trenches and who's, who's
BOBBY:going to have to, you know, lineman in the first couple of
BOBBY:rounds, those, those are going to be some some key components
BOBBY:that I'm looking at.
Tommy D.:I'm going to give you I'm going to give you a deep
Tommy D.:quarterback by a guy I loved and still love. Right? And
Tommy D.:potentially, we see him this weekend. Right? And that Sammy
Tommy D.:slinger. Right, Mr. Sam Alger, I'll give you I'll give you the
Tommy D.:reasons why he's a bi right. Even if he doesn't play you
Tommy D.:don't see anything from this weekend. Carson Wentz. Right.
Tommy D.:And especially if that any team loses in the playoffs, if they
Tommy D.:come up short in the playoffs with the year that Jonathan
Tommy D.:Taylor house and you just asked him a little bit from Winston he
Tommy D.:can't produce they can get out of wins after next year. And
Tommy D.:absolutely doesn't cost me anything like next year is
Tommy D.:basically the last guaranteed year or two. I want a guy like
Tommy D.:Elon, you're behind the guy who wins who hasn't. Again, if I put
Tommy D.:Mac Jones in our team, I think he has the same numbers of
Tommy D.:Windows. And, and teams know this right? So teams can
Tommy D.:recognize some of this stuff and You know they can jog around you
Tommy D.:know the cap and when you're paying a rookie you paying them
Tommy D.:cheap money you can build a cap and sign more free agents you
Tommy D.:know and that's another team where I'm tracking wide
Tommy D.:receivers I like that in the team all the tight end there
Tommy D.:grace is a great by Doyle's The only one left next year but I
Tommy D.:love we love Grayson right there you know in those situations you
Tommy D.:can you can still see and like hold on to and whatever you
Tommy D.:dude, don't fail, right? Don't be that guy be like I you know,
Tommy D.:Algebra plays this weekend. He plays like shit. Like, they'll
Tommy D.:be like, This guy's gonna be nothing fine. trade them hold

BOBBY:Tommy tremble. Um, this is still still young enough. And on a
BOBBY:roster that favors the run even bites quarterback. So I'm not
BOBBY:really surprised that he's not getting the
Tommy D.:two more years that they drafted. They drafted
Tommy D.:quarterback next year. He plays them next year, the year after
Tommy D.:Tommy tremble gets unlocked and is playable. He's on that he he
Tommy D.:looks on that three year trajectory Absolutely. Is
Tommy D.:called.
BOBBY:And he he's been just he's played well enough to stay
BOBBY:on the field when he's getting the snaps. That to me was the
BOBBY:most exciting part about Tommy tremble this year. You know, was
BOBBY:he Pat? Absolutely not. But it was one of the reasons why I
BOBBY:wanted a guy like Tommy because I thought he could still produce
BOBBY:later on in the draft. So you know, solid ation? Well, one,
BOBBY:you want to talk about a lot to talk about projects. I finally
BOBBY:got to see a project that I've been I've been excited to see
BOBBY:hit the field this past Monday night. That was in book
Tommy D.:Oh, book. Off.
BOBBY:He was the fourth quarterback on Tathra on that
BOBBY:fucking on that saints, saints roster. And third to fourth. I
BOBBY:mean, either way, he was far up front down on that on that depth
BOBBY:chart. But came up off the practice squad this week because
BOBBY:of COVID. And the IR situation what Winston and you know what
BOBBY:was fantastic. He was one for one. First snap. Whatever
BOBBY:passed. He was then one for two real quick with a pick six. Put
BOBBY:the boy
Tommy D.:threw that throw, make that throw in the game. I don't
Tommy D.:think that's a bargain. And I hope he did because he learned
Tommy D.:and was scared. Right? And that's that was great. That was
Tommy D.:great. Thanks. Thanks, everybody shut up.
BOBBY:Here was my thing with all of that, what I was really
BOBBY:watching what's his composure throughout the game. And my
BOBBY:biggest takeaway from it was the fact that he stayed composed
BOBBY:throughout, went back, you know, dusted off his dust off his
BOBBY:shoulders, and sat down in front of a Surface tablet, saw what
BOBBY:happened, saw the breakdown, and he was evolving. It also doesn't
BOBBY:help when Miami is blitzing almost 85% of its snaps. He
BOBBY:doesn't have time to even make his progressions. So the fact
BOBBY:that was able to make any completions was an was a feat in
BOBBY:of itself. And that's what I was most impressed by the composure
BOBBY:throughout the game. And the fact that he was level headed.
BOBBY:That to me spoke volumes. He didn't necessarily get overly
BOBBY:rattled by the pressure. He's doing everything he could to
BOBBY:play with it in this was his first full speed reps all year
BOBBY:all year practicing cluded I don't know I saw enough to say
BOBBY:I'm not getting ready to the kid anytime soon.
Tommy D.:Yeah, I saw patients in your bed trying to get over
Tommy D.:what I saw at the sideline. What guys are eager to get over
Tommy D.:because they're gonna give you give me know my run back so I
Tommy D.:gotta get open. Basically all I'm gonna say I'm Michael Mayer,
Tommy D.:I'm not doing after you know, the you know, submittals earlier
Tommy D.:in the season it was like the London and I try to play safe
Tommy D.:all as much as it can expose these kids etc you know, but
Tommy D.:again crack best comp you use VLC a rookie quarterback, and

Tommy D.:books and Absolutely. All right. So it's always exciting to see
Tommy D.:you guys start I mean, see him see him play. And so don't miss

Tommy D.:the doctor quarterbacks take a little longer, you know, but
Tommy D.:it's worth it. It's worth the patient's Hey, do you know the

Tommy D.:them is say Quan Barkley if you can get them blessed and say
Tommy D.:Quan Barkley value idol he hasn't produced well this year.
Tommy D.:I'm paying for the upside again below value the only two guys I
Tommy D.:buy is I buy Nike Harris right now it is price because it's
Tommy D.:gonna go up not down and Travis Etn right now the guy that
Tommy D.:people forgot about me I can get them at cost I can get them for
Tommy D.:first you know and then
BOBBY:are you paying the first Are you paying in a first form
BOBBY:are giving players for
Tommy D.:I'm always trying to move players for guys like that
Tommy D.:if I can if I'm picking at the bottom of the first round I'm

Tommy D.:running backs that I'd like to buy you know guy on a down year

Tommy D.:I would buy all day get him at that price Island everywhere and
Tommy D.:I'm not giving him up but you know those are the guys that you
Tommy D.:could look at those situation but running backs are real tough
Tommy D.:by this time of year you know unless you're getting a good
Tommy D.:value on like you know, somebody is dumping McCaffrey because the
Tommy D.:tie the injuries then you know that's the guy you go by but it
Tommy D.:non non injured backs there's not too many I like to buy this
Tommy D.:time of year because you can you can get what stable long term
Tommy D.:players and you can you can hit a rookie backs more during the
Tommy D.:draft you take that shot and it's done deep draft which I'm
Tommy D.:loading up a draft picks everywhere I can take two shots
Tommy D.:three running backs this year. You see the rapid random guy is
Tommy D.:going down she's gonna load up next year and see what happened
Tommy D.:there's a lot of team when he's running backs there's a lot of
Tommy D.:teams you know like that Houston team they got no running backs I
Tommy D.:said you know the Cardinals have no running backs you know the
Tommy D.:the Falcons have pretty much pits and nobody else so there's
Tommy D.:a lot of open Miami you can use a running back there's a lot of
Tommy D.:teams who need running backs. So you know there's those teams are
Tommy D.:going to graft Oh, seems we have to go get running backs like
Tommy D.:they're bringing up the levy on bells, these old machines
Tommy D.:because there's nobody else available. So those are those
Tommy D.:spots where I'm looking at and that's why I laugh people
Tommy D.:talking about this drops off next year at Nvidia stock code.
Tommy D.:But again, what what we learned early now? What history shows us
Tommy D.:is like rookie running backs play more often a position of
Tommy D.:desperation need Yeah, maybe. But it happens, like just sit
Tommy D.:on, like this year was kind of a same class what was hard to do
Tommy D.:but yeah, I mean, there's a lot of teams out there who could you
Tommy D.:know, we're gonna be you know, Seattle is losing all their
Tommy D.:weather expert Carson. So I'm sure they'll look at someone
Tommy D.:like there's a lot of positions like that where you can, you
Tommy D.:know, look, I'll give you a cheap buy. And I don't love the
Tommy D.:guy. But you could probably get them below what Cohen paid for.
Tommy D.:And that's, that's Trey sermon, or did love but again, the
Tommy D.:ladies bots good. They paid a high pay for them.
BOBBY:They did pay a high pay for him. But I mean, a large
BOBBY:Mitchell was the cheapest one and certainly played pretty well
BOBBY:all things considered.
Tommy D.:Well, when I say when I say buy cheaply, if I can give
Tommy D.:up a bench player to go get them, I would do that. Or if I
Tommy D.:can give up someone who I don't start and go get them I'd take
Tommy D.:that ritual. But that's the situation I'm looking for on a
Tommy D.:buy. When I'm looking for unknown with huge upside
Tommy D.:compared to you know, something like you're not buying, you
Tommy D.:know, Chewbacca Williams and you're not paying that price.
Tommy D.:It's worth he's worth more than what you actually you should buy
Tommy D.:later, I'll change that you should buy Williams right now.
Tommy D.:Because his price is going to go way up because for the free
Tommy D.:agent, he's gone. He's a he's a gaffe and buy up, I can pay. I
Tommy D.:give a first round pick for him all day, but nobody's going to
Tommy D.:give that up because they saw it. So the values in the
Tommy D.:unknown, right? That's the value when you hear all these like, I
Tommy D.:don't know how he's gonna be next year, what do you offer?
Tommy D.:I'll take that risk is where you get the value. And that's he's
Tommy D.:all about value. Right? And, you know, we're all about we're all
Tommy D.:about wishing everyone a Happy New Year, and certainly everyone
